For the past three years Medina County has been the recipient of grants from the Ohio Tobacco Prevention Foundation, with the Board of County Commissioners serving as fiscal agent.

This money was made available from the Master Settlement Agreement between the Tobacco Industry and 46 states.

By the end of 2007 we will have received $821,517.

If you are interested in youth tobacco control you’ve come to the right place! Provided is youth prevention information where you can find out about our local programs and testimonies in Medina County. If you are a smoker and would like to know how you can receive free services to help you quit you will find resources you need.

Maybe you are only interested in becoming a tobacco-free advocate-check out ways to be an advocate or information about your school districts tobacco policy.
